How to fix Play Music Subscription Error

This has to do with the fact that you Google Wallet address doesn’t match the country you are in.
You just have go to your Google Wallet Settings -> https://wallet.google.com/manage/#settings
Change the Home Address to you where you correctly are living in.
Also this has to match the Address in Address Book together with you payment details in order to avoid any transaction problems.
